Our offered homestay areas include: San
Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, New Jersey, Utah,
Ohio, Portland, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Vancouver, Canada. The
purpose of this homestay is to learn English and American Culture.
We require you to select students who can be comfortable interacting
with an American/ Canadian family in English at all times. Participants
under eighteen (18) may be charged a higher fee. ACC's basic
individual program provides a single placement for a student
or business person with an American family. The placement can
be for short or long-term living. This program includes: meals
at home; the services of a community ACC counselor; general assistance
in adjusting to life in the U.S., and transportation to and from
the airport.
The program includes the following:
1. Homestay with 2 meals weekdays and 3 meals weekends. (dining
out, etc. paid by student)
2. Fifteen hours of english lessons per week (optional)
3. ACC Supervision and counseling
4. Airport transfers
